i finally got around to the pilot (thanks netflix instant!) and i really dug it.

its on netflix instant. i finished the first season, and i guess i disagree with most of you. i thought the acting was excellent. weakest was Jax, but hes getting better. course, in spite of growing up in a harley family, i've never even been on a bike, so i have no idea what the verisimilitude with actual bike clubs is, but i like the way they incorporate it. seems like pretty typical movie-gangster stuff (not that thats a bad thing).

but, bad production, ollie? whats your basis of comparison, avatar? crisp cinematography, plenty of individual directorial touches and lots of shots of the actors NOT just being pulled on sleds.

i'd have a woodie for that lady doctor too.
