Here's everything that is wrong with my 97 2.2liter Cavalier:

* steering locks up when making a left turn, goes back to normal when turned to the right (bad power steering pump?)

* clutch line leaks fluid (I have to re-fill the reservoir about once a week)

* doesn't like to start/skips a cylinder when its been raining or snowing (bad plug/wire getting wet?)

* rear brakes grind but ONLY when wet (???)

Assuming I get a tax refund this year I am guessing it will have to go into my car. Or I would swap for making a killer tv commercial for your shop. I wouldn't be the one to get it aired, just make the spot itself.

I need a drivers seat for a '97 Chevy Cavalier. Ace quoted me $75 which seems pretty high for a seat that has no electronics or automation at all.

Also, my $30, 6 year old cd player refuses to play a disc without skipping. Got any junked car cd players laying around? I'd need it installed...

I've got a 91 Dodge Ram 350 15 passenger van that's been converted
into a band van. Huge amounts of storage in the rear, seats 7 (or 5 in
opulent luxury). Enclosed, locking ski type rack on the roof for extra
storage. It's got somewhere around 95-100k miles. Runs great. Needs
exhaust work. Some rust. No radio. Cruise Control. Brand new
serpentine belt, battery and alternator.

This puppy's made it's way around on 3 big US tours and multiple short
trips and it never gave us any trouble. It always starts. Kicks ass if
you're willing to put a small amount of work or money into it. Great for
touring bands or construction contractors.

Drive it away for $500.

PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you a photo or two.

::Thumbs Up to Bo Love::

I got in early, got out early, and was charged exactly what he said he would- and it was half the median price of other local mechanics:

Odd, none of them look like apes, cops or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
