Just picked up one of these today. I will play around with it for about a year and then probably sell it to Thosquanta. Initial noodlings prove it to be a pretty fun board.

i've already got one!

for some reason, i LOVE the default shitty pizzicato sounds on this thing.

and i had to use the hoover sound in a track (one alone, i think) just on principle.

Have you been able to hook up any kind of midi controller to mess with the patch parameters?

I'm looking at one of these to control the Alpha and possibly the EX800 if the thingactually does respond to sysex control.

i have not. i know its compatible with sound diver 4, but i haven't dicked with it much.

frankly, i prefer easy front-end synth manipulation. hence i use this and my 505 just for presets (with slight tweaks and/or after-effects) and use my nord mod, dotcom, dave smith, and 201 for more unique sounds.

i hate going thru submenus.

speaking of which, i still have an emu morpheus for sale...

I decided to skip the Mopho keyboard for now. I just won one of these off of ebay for almost half the price of the Mo.

I had one 20 years ago and have regretted selling it ever since. Now thanks to my tax refund I can replace it.
