It's hardly a rager, but Elvis Costello's "Tramp the Dirt Down" captures the spirit.

And English Beat's "Stand Down Margaret" is pretty obvious.

I don't have Spike, but I do have a copy of The Beat album (on FAME Records, hence they are just The Beat)
