We have it and it's a great deal. Anyone else have it?

Yep. NetFlix rocks! They now have a distribution center here--they didn't at first, and that makes turnaround a breeze... you can have three new movies every weekend.

Best thing since beer... well, I guess I wouldn't go that far. It's groovy though.

We had it for awhile. I liked it except for two small things:
1. I'd never rent $20 worth of movies every month.
2. Each disc counts as a rental, so if you want to rent something that comes with two discs, you have to use up two, uh, rental-thingys. I just got the Criterion edition of Down By Law, disc one only. I want disc 2 now!

Just love it. I do not care that one disc is one rental. Got Gangs of New York together and that was fine. I like the huge variety. There is no way a store could hold that much stuff.
Time saved and not running around this winter.

We've used it for a year and it rocks.

They've recently straightened out their distribution center in Mpls. What used to be a 4 day tournaround is now 2 days. We send a movie back on Monday and get the new one on Wednesday.

Rock on!

I'm a NetFlix believer for a few years. The local distro center is Best Buy, I think. Has anyone tried GameFly? That's next on my horizon.

They don't "censor" certain scenes, etc. like Blockbuster does though, do they?

I don't think I like movies enough to watch three movies every weekend. I like movies well enough and think that I am well rounded enough to enjoy the occassional Hollywood product as well as the more obscure stuff.

Do you Netflix users find that you watch more movies than you normally used to and it saves you money because of that, or are you watching more movies to justify the monthly fee (which seems pretty reasonable, actually)?

Different strokes, I guess.

I guess I could rent Bad Lieutenant and see if they have the Kietel jag-off scene. Blockbuster cut that one out.

We're watching the same amount of movies as we were before. So the answer to both your question is no.
