Does anyone know where a person could get cheap/free website server space?

I have the websites designed, but need someplace to host them.

I use Tripod
http://tripod.com

They offer free with ads
and cheap, $5 a month without adds + more space and bandwidth.

I use and recommend Pair Networks:
http://www.pair.com/

I have one of their "webmaster" accounts that lets me host multiple sites... I can create a new host with its own IP address through a web-based admin tool in an hour or so without having to ask a human to do anything! My mom's nonprofit has been on one of their "basic" accounts for a bit over 3 years and the site has always been up and available at top speed.
