Welcome aboard, we're glad to have you!A few things to make your experience here on TCPunk more pleasant for you, and less annoying to the rest of us.
1)Try not to begin our blossoming relationship by inundating us with plugs for your business/band. Think about it, when's the last time you made pals with the guy who called to see if you needed any auto glass? Hang around, chime in on some discussions, then invite us all to your show with promises of free drinks.
2)Keeping in mind that the point of posting on TCPunk is to communicate your opinions/beliefs/news/requests, it is best served to select a forum that is most appropriate for your particular message. Example: Seeking guitarist? Maybe the NOW:Bands section would be a good spot. Wanna talk about your fave 1983 hangout? Try the THEN: People and Places.
3)Try confining your post to one thread. Asking for the same info in 5 different threads is overkill.
4)When announcing concert or event info, it's generally accepted to resurrect old threads by posting new info. You could start a thread titled..The Clusterfucks! Upcoming Show Info!, and then update/add posts as needed.
5)Come to one of our little gatherings and meet some of us. This whole thing is a lot more fun once there are some personal connection. we generally try to offer support to each other and the local scene on many levels.
Note: These are NOT rules, I am not an Admin, I just thought I could offer a few pointers. Potrzebie!
