I have a decent sized one bedroom (plus den) opening up in January.
Grand Ave and St. Albans in St. Paul.
very warm in the winter cool inna summer, cats welcome we like kids here too.

i'll start showing the apartment on Monday.
i don't have a rent price from the boss yet though as soon as i do i'll post it.

just got the information regarding rent.
$770.00 a month includes heat, water, trash.
you must pay electricity, phone(duh), and any cable service you want.
it's a swell neighborhood. Grand ol day sets up out front so you don't get all the traffic of wing nuts from that shindig and there is always a corn dog stand on the corner that day. the grand tavern is right across the street, saji ya is across the street as is dixies. cool neighbors, and good eats.

sure, parking is optional, an extra $40 (street parkin' is free and plentifull)

I live about 8-10 blocks from Stinky...so you know that there are hot girls in the neighborhood.

Seriously, though, this would be great for you, as the girls could have their own space, the neighborhood is great and the rent isn't sky high.
