It needs a rebuild. Right now it's seized although they are relatively easy to get unstuck. I've actually got a bunch of Vespas and Lambrettas and I just need to clear some stuff out. All the parts are available through West Coast Lambretta or Scooters Originalli. The scooter as I said is a project bike in need of restoration.
