I live in a 2-bedroom house in a quiet, South Minneapolis neighborhood.

If you or someone you know is:

• Looking for a spiffy place to live
  
• Either gainfully employed (no drug dealers), wealthy, or supported by parents, corporate sponsors, or a sugar-daddy (read: I want someone who can make rent)
  
• Able to deal with not smoking indoors or throwing parties
  
• A person who does not mind the idea of living with a sweet-tempered, clean, mid-sized dog,
  
• Yet is unencumbered with a pet or pets of their own
  
• Neither a neat freak nor a raging slob
  
• Just reasonably pleasant to live with
  

... and interested in paying:

• $350/month (far less than half the rent) + 1/2 the utility bills
  
• A month to month lease (minimal commitment!)
  

... for:

• A cozy room of yer/their own
  
• Free run of a fully-furnished home, including a washer, dryer, and dishwasher
  
• Off-street parking (fucking snow energencies!)
  
• Fair and easy-going landlords (read: all my roommates from the last 5 years but one [who had punched holes in things] have gotten their full damage deposit back)
  
• A pad right off the lovely #5 busline
  
• A huge fenced-in yard (this is nice in the spring, if you're still here)
  
• A shower with great water pressure (if you've ever lived with a shitty shower you know that this does indeed matter)
