NYC songwriter?
Don't know much about her, but I know The Brain Surgeons (ex-Blue Oyster Cult drummer Albert Bouchard's band) recently released an album of songs written by her. Maybe find their website?

I've got a Helen Wheels Band LP (Postmodern ??) that I gambled a couple of bucks on cuz of her connections with Blue Oyster Cult (Ms. Wheels co-wrote a song or two on Agents Of Fortune LP) and The Dictators (some of them used to play in her band).

Promising in theory; but the record itself is, basically, unlistenable in the way that records by barely-shooting-par bar-rock bands often are (ie it reminded me of 'Quarterflash').

But I don't wanna come down too hard on her cuz the obituaries that appeared shortly after she passed away a few years ago portrayed her as a creative force and, overall, a pretty cool person.
