Hmmm...last time I checked, there was more hair on top than skin, sure, it's a bit thinner and the forehead's a bit bigger than it was twenty years ago, I suppose. However, I didn't get fat, and YOU, "young man", are showing a good amount of skin up there. But that's cool, because bald, fat drummers are acceptable in Alternative Rock Bands.IP: Logged |

I know, I wasn't referring to his 6-pack, just bald, fat drummers in general. The head though, I believe, isn't quite as fuzzy as it used to be.IP: Logged |

Zom, you haven't seen me in a while - I got a damn chia pet on top of my head these days. Don't have a 6-pack, though. I had one last night, but it disappeared, oddly enough, right about the time I posted that last crack. But I gotta stop hijacking this thread. . . I never have looked that punk, but I do know that I'm glad grunge fashion has been six feet under for some time now. I still enjoy flyin' the flannel, and was getting sick of feeling self-conscious. Or if you prefer the layered look, there's always the time-honored t-shirt over a thermal. Perhaps your favorite band is coming through soon, and you'll be able to purchase a long-sleeve t, or even a hoodie. Lastly, nothing traps the sun's precious rays like black, so you'll want to make sure you have plenty in your closet. I usually go read in my car at lunch, and if I get a good sunny spot & wear a black ski cap and jacket, I don't even need to run the heat.[This message has been edited by Orbit (edited 12-04-2001).] IP: Logged |

Hmmm..maybe it's just the stage lights. So, why are you picking on us 44% of the male population that's had some hair loss? Huh? I'm already way too self-conscious about my appearance. Thanks a lot. Now I'll have to get Rogain at Target. Not that I know they sell it there or anything.IP: Logged |

When I was younger, stuffed newspaper into my combat boots (still have them) to keep my feet warm. Long military coat, wrapped my head in colorful pretty scarfs, wore a bolero hat. Now, long black coat with hood. People told me I looked like "Red Riding Hood". I told them "No, more like "Death Riding Hood".IP: Logged |

I wear an Abercrombie and Fitch coat because everyone hates it and it is so far from being cool and I look out of place at the 3rock and all the other cool hip spots. I wear it just to piss you off.IP: Logged |

So how did you all keep that "punk rock" look and stay warm at the same time?I for one gave up the idea of wearing combat boots in snow and -30 temps for a nice pair of Sorels. Yeah, I don't look as cool but my feet stay warm and dry.
MOVE!
