Man someone posting on this site working of the cults website. Just clicked over and the cult will be in Wisconsin,Illinois,Michigan all in the month of june and there's no date here. I think I've seen then 4 or 5 times growing up. Always had an awesome light show.
I think they started the whole laser light thing in the late 70's. I saw them in Connecticut in 79. The laser's didn't work to well on the sky, but that's what the acid was for.

here's a band that rocked. Don't fear the reaper was the ultimate mood song. I don't know how many times i had many types of sex and drug fun to that song. i think of that period as my stoned age.
Godzilla was an awesome song too. when blaring it from my ride them, it warned everyone that a badass was coming. man, those days were king. too bad i was so fried i can't really remember much, but got the photos to look at.

their concerts plain rocked. easy drugs and chicks. wish i could have saw them with kiss.

anyone else have any like experiences with blue oyster cult?

I won a single of this thru Famous Monsters magazine when they had a Japanese Monster trivia contest in '78. The B-side was a song called Nosferatu. Wonder if BOC liked them monster movies?

the stoned age was pretty funny, i like the part where the guy get's hit in the eyes by the lasers, and he has some wierd flashbacks like in 2001 space oddessy
