I was in the Toxic Hell by the 3x tonight, sporting an EGFC t-shirt when I evidently offended some guy. He looked at me out of the corner of his eye and asked "Where did you find a shirt like that?" I told him it was my band. He said in a very snide and offended tone "I hope you guys make it real big". I told him we'd been at it for 18 years and that if we hadn't "made it" by now I doubted that we ever would. John 3:16 left a message on my answerphone saying that according to the Radio K website the EGFC was one of the new additions to the "Loud Records" list on July 15. Anyone listen to Radio K enough to know whether we're getting airplay or not? I don't know what they'd play as even out instrumental has profanity in it...IP: Logged |

So I digitized my Ed Gein Fan Club CD I bought at the show the other night so I could listen to it on my ipod. When I put a CD into my computer it automatically queries the CD database to get track names and such and I was ready for it to not know what this one was but once again I was amazed that it spit back all the right songs and knew the title of the CD and everything! (except it was spelled wrong! It said the CD was titled "Qualtiy Punk Rock Since 1984.") I'll be rockin' to EGFC on my run tomorrow morning!IP: Logged |
